General Candle Safety Guidelines

To reduce the risk of fire, injury, or property damage, please observe the following safety precautions at all times:

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended

  • Keep candles away from children, pets, and flammable materials

  • Always place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface

  • Keep candles away from drafts, open windows, and vents

  • Do not burn candles near bedding, curtains, or other soft furnishings

  • Trim the wick to approximately ¼ inch before each burn

  • Do not burn candles for longer than 3–4 hours at a time

  • Discontinue use when approximately ½ inch of wax remains

Proper Use & Responsibility

  • Always burn candles within sight

  • Do not move a candle while it is lit or while wax is hot

  • Allow wax and container to cool completely before handling

  • Do not use candles for purposes other than intended

Orders are not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines provided are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, AunaLux LLC is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. AunaLux LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Refunds, Returns & Damaged Items

All sales are final except as outlined in our Refund Policy. Refunds or replacements are only available for items that arrive damaged and must be requested within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. All refund or replacement requests are subject to approval by AunaLux LLC.

Unauthorized chargebacks that violate these Terms & Conditions may be contested using order confirmation, delivery confirmation, and these published policies.

Return & Refund Policy

At AunaLux LLC, we take pride in the quality and care of our handmade candles and fragrance products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, except in the event that an item arrives damaged.

Damaged Items Only

Refunds or replacements are only available for items that arrive broken or damaged during transit.

To be eligible, customers must submit a claim within 7 days of the delivery date, as confirmed by the shipping carrier.

To request a refund or replacement, you must:

  • Email info@aunlux.com

  • Include clear photo evidence of the damaged item and original packaging

  • Submit the request within 7 days of delivery

Requests submitted after the 7-day window, or without photo documentation, will not be considered.

Resolution Options

Once the claim is reviewed and approved by AunaLux LLC, the customer may receive:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A refund for the product cost only

Shipping fees are non-refundable and non-reimbursable under any circumstance.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
